Fast service and very upfront with problems. No pressure and fair prices. Highly recommend for local mech. Thanks Brett!

Alexander was a pleasure to deal with, I really needed the brake rotors and pads replaced on my car and he got me in the shop right away, would highly recommend The Family Mechanics for all vehicle repairs!

Best service ever people there were so nice

I was searching for a place to do my oil change. I searched online. I found the family mechanics with great reviews. I figured let me give them a try. they took my car inspected the whole car. They showed what the issue was with my car and they also explained to me that it was an oil leak I have never knew that I had an oil leak, but they showed me where it’s coming from. I’ve been going to the same mechanic for God knows how long they never mentioned it to me, but within five minutes the family mechanic seen it, and advised me I will be definitely coming back to them to work on my car. I thank you so much, all the staff were professional and awesome.

I have gone into the family mechanics. I didn’t know they had another location. I live in Hamilton however I was in Cherry Hill shopping and I had the check engine light pop up on my dashboard, I went to the family mechanics. I am used to dealing with the people at the Hamilton location however I went into the Cherry Hill location and the same trustworthiness, fairness, professionalisms courtesy , and workmanship is unreal and also fair pricing. I thank you guys, I’m glad you had a second location. I look forward to seeing you every oil change or anything that I need. I will definitely recommend your services to everybody around me between family, friends, and neighbors. A big thanks to Alex for making my worries go out the door .

My car overheated, had it towed to the Hamilton shop last Friday. I had never been to Family Mechanics but chose it based on the reviews. I was quite upset, thought it was going to be a very expensive fix. But Brett was great - very professional, knowledgeable, accommodating, honest, and kind. I had to wait for the car as I didn't have a ride. Brett quickly diagnosed (and then repaired) the issue while juggling other appointments and made sure I was as comfortable as possible as I waited in the office. Pricing was very reasonable. Turns out the fix was less than $200. I really appreciate his honesty! I would definitely recommend The Family Mechanics and Brett!

Brought the work van here for an oil change. They got it in and out pretty quick . Got it checked up and found a leak that I thought was from the AC. Great honest mechanics in cherry hill, glad I came by here. Will definitely be coming back

Great prices and services. Barely no wait time and got me in last minute same day. Highly recommend

Alex is a good, honest mechanic who has competitive prices!! 👍👍👍👍👍
